Partner, Chief Growth Officer

Ryan is a Technology and Fintech rapid growth executive, operator, and advisor. He has spent twenty years powering market-shifting ideas—launching and commercializing three award-winning fintech companies from nascent idea to fully- functioning sales and fulfillment engines. Ryan has built and directed workforces of up to 320 people and managed P&Ls up to $83M+. His work has transformed the financial possibilities of millions of people worldwide.
His P&L management, funding structuring, and opportunity design experience have fueled extraordinary growth in Fintech, Lendtech, Martech, Hospitality, and Data Intelligence / Voice Analytics. He also offers experience in executive capitalization spanning angel investments, VC evaluations and demonstrations, PE consultations, and sell-side M&A. Ryan holds or has held roles on four private company boards.
Born and raised in Hawaii, Ryan has long divided his time between Maui, Irvine, Miami, Scottsdale, and Park City.

Dave is a results-driven executive with 25+ years of experience building and leading high-growth companies in fintech and real estate. A founder of several innovative ventures—including Refi.com, First Direct Lending, and Solstice Capital Group (acquired by HSBC)—Dave has consistently delivered customer-focused solutions through technology and exceptional service.


Outside of work, Dave enjoys reading, running, mountain biking, and coaching his son’s football team. He especially loves cheering on his two daughters at water polo matches.
