A savvy and seasoned advertising professional with over 30 years experience working for and creating world-class advertising agencies. Starting on Madison Avenue to being a founding partner in one of the countries leading direct marketing agencies, the excitement never ends! 

 

World class brands like American Express, NordicTrack, Marriott, Delta Airlines and many others have entrusted Andy to lead their marketing and advertising efforts. His leadership and strategy is always focused on cutting edge campaigns thatgenerate industry leading ROI and relationships that build long term value and continuity.

 

Andy’s knowledge of marketing and customer experience will transform the way Jaunt approaches its most valuable asset, its customers. When not immersed in JAUNTS efforts, Andy can be found golfing, watching baseball, hiking and spending time with his family and two German Rottweilers.

Ryan Herman

Partner, Chief Growth Officer

 

Ryan is a Technology and Fintech rapid growth executive, operator, and advisor. He has spent twenty years powering market-shifting ideas—launching and commercializing three award-winning fintech companies from nascent idea to fully- functioning sales and fulfillment engines. Ryan has built and directed workforces of up to 320 people and managed P&Ls up to $83M+. His work has transformed the financial possibilities of millions of people worldwide.

 

His P&L management, funding structuring, and opportunity design experience have fueled extraordinary growth in Fintech, Lendtech, Martech, Hospitality, and Data Intelligence / Voice Analytics. He also offers experience in executive capitalization spanning angel investments, VC evaluations and demonstrations, PE consultations, and sell-side M&A. Ryan holds or has held roles on four private company boards.

 

Born and raised in Hawaii, Ryan has long divided his time between Maui, Irvine, Miami, Scottsdale, and Park City.

Dave Brown

Partner, Chief Operating Officer

 

Dave is a results-driven entrepreneurial executive with over 25 years of experience building and leading high-growth companies within the Fintech and Real Estate industries. Dave is passionate about improving the customer experience through both technology and world-class customer service.

 

Dave has been a founder and leader of innovative Companies, including Refi.com, a loan marketplace that brought transparency and choice to consumers, First Direct Lending, a $50 million consumer direct mortgage lender, and Solstice Capital Group, a national mortgage lender that was acquired by HSBC Holdings.

 

Dave enjoys reading, running, mountain biking, and spending time with his family. Particularly watching his two daughters play water polo and coaching his son’s football team.

Savvas Georghiou

Partner, General Manager

 

Savvas is a business leader mainly focused in the hospitality sector. He has shaped brands through the client and guest experience in the industry with over 10 years of management and leadership experience in B2B and B2C environments.

 

In recent years he has specialized in investment real estate. Data-driven, he has supported over 450 owners, and developers manage their short-term rental properties to maximize ROI based on their goals by analyzing the customers needs, overcoming roadblocks, and delivering results. 

 

Savvas’ understanding of the vacation market, its trends and his ability to pull detailed and nuanced information from Jaunts technology has helped owners boost profits, minimize losses by isolating issues, identifying actionable insights, and adjusting strategies to a more profitable path. 

 

Savvas was born and raised in the NYC area and enjoys going back to spend time with his family. A true nature and outdoor enthusiast, Savvas enjoys a wide range of outdoor activities in the mountains such as skiing, mountain biking, and hiking as well as water activities such as rafting, snorkeling, and fishing. His favorite destinations are The Greek Islands, Hawaii and the many great ski towns in the West.

Rick Koplow

Guest Relations Manager 

 

Rick is a professional customer success marketer with a passion for leadership. He has spent six years working on some of the biggest brands in the US and Internationally. After graduating from the University of Utah, Rick helped grow agency brands, including NordicTrack and iFIT. Rick loves exploring new places while striving to deliver the best-in-class experience for all JAUNT renters and homeowners.

 

Rick is all about creating memories and enjoys meeting new people and hearing new perspectives. Growing up in Las Vegas, Rick's passion for traveling has taken him to some of his favorite spots in the world, including Kauai, Barcelona, and Vail. Rick can be found skiing, watching football, and playing frisbee with his Australian Shepeard.

Roy Wright

Partner, Chief Administrative Officer 

Roy has had a dynamic management career with significant accomplishments in start-ups, turnarounds, transition, high-growth, acquisitions and divestitures of small to large US and international companies. A proven track record focusing on corporate goals and direction are just two of his many strengths exhibited in facilitating the companies he has been part of to achieve their growth and profitability objectives. Prior to joining Jaunt as one of its founders, Roy has served at the C Level for many large private and public domestic and international organizations.  Some of the previous company's include Solstice Capital Group, Inc., IWerks Entertainment, Inc., Valence Technologies, Inc., Victor Technologies, Inc.  

Roy has demonstrated the ability to be a visionary leader and problem-solver with strong negotiation, leadership and team building skills.

At Jaunt, Roy’s focus will be on creating world class financial methodologies, all which will enable Jaunt’s homeowners the ability to forecast and maximize their rental income.

 

Luis Ramirez 

Head of Property Services

 

Born in Mexico, Luis moved to the United States in 1989.  As most immigrants, he had dreams of coming to the States and forging a new career and life for his family.  He first lived in San Francisco with his older brother and started working on flooring and handyman services. Soon after, Luis relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, where he met Ryan Herman, one of Jaunts founders, and worked for Ryan developing homes. Work then gave Luis an opportunity to move to Denver, Colorado, where he started remodeling several properties, from large multi-family apartments to luxury homes.  

 

After over 20 years of experience, Luis has learned all the different branches of maintenance and construction. Luis has had many great clients, from Illumination Systems, The Cherry Creek Country Club, and Altitude Contracting. Luis is now very excited to be Jaunts Head of Property Services and the opportunity for him and his family to live in Park City, Utah.
