Cancellation Notice:
100% Refund - Cancellation at least 30 days before check-in:
If you need to cancel your reservation, we offer a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. This allows us ample time to make the property available for other potential guests.
50% Refund (minus the service fee) - Cancellation at least 14 days before check-in:
If you cancel your reservation at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in date, we will provide a 50% refund of the total booking amount (excluding the service fee). This policy reflects our commitment to accommodating changes while compensating for any inconvenience caused.
No Refund - Cancellation less than 14 days before check-in:
Unfortunately, if you cancel your reservation less than 14 days before the scheduled check-in date, we are unable to offer a refund. This policy ensures that we can maintain the quality of our services and properly manage our properties.
Refund Processing:
For eligible refunds, we will process the refund within 7 days of receiving your cancellation request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Service Fee:
The service fee is a non-refundable component of your reservation. In case of eligible refunds, the service fee will not be included in the refunded amount.
