Harry, the host was fabulous to work with. He was very communicative and quick to provide any needed information. We were driving a GMC Yukon and it easily fit into the parking garage. The bus stop is mere steps outside the condo, making it super easy to get around PC/DV if you want to avoid looking for parking. It's important to note that there are a lot of stairs, so if this is an issue for someone in your party, this would not be the spot for you. Our party was fine with stairs, so it was no issue. The check out process isn't too involved or burdensome like some other places can be. Our trip was great, we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you Harry and Helen!

This was our family's third year back at sunspot. We love it. Harry is readily available and very easy to communicate with. There have been updates to the unit since we started going and the first floor bedroom was noticeably warmer this year. The house is comfortable with an amazing roof deck hot tub overlooking park city mountain. Kitchen is well equipped and being able to do laundry is a huge bonus . Highly recommend .

Very comfortable for 5 adults. Great communication with the owner and seamless. Place was clean and well stocked with basic supplies including shampoo, kitchen supplies, spices, sugar, lots of coffee left from prior visitors. The hot tub was nice to soak in at the end of a long day skiing. Nice to have a garage for the car with all the snow we had. We appreciated the labeling and signage throughout the house as it alleviated any questions we had. Great experience! Of note, you need to be able to climb stairs as there are a lot of levels in the condo and a flight of stairs from the garage.

The condo is perfectly located close to the slopes of Deer Valley and a short walk from Main Street. The photos are quite accurate and the host Harry was most accommodating when we had any issues or small requests. Everything in the condo was working properly. The only note is that the lower bedroom doesn't get as much heat as the rest of the condo, but there is a space heater in that room that more than adequately warms it. I'd certainly recommend the condo for anyone who is skiing Deer Valley and wants the convenience of being able to walk into town.

Thanks Eric As you saw, there are in fact two space heaters down there, one mounted on the wall (that's less than intuitive to operate, hence the little notes) and the freestanding one. That room is definitely chillier than the other levels due to the vertical design of the unit. We do try to accommodate with the heaters and extra blankets. Come back in the summer, it's the prized room!

It made for a great vacation home for our family!

This property was comfortable! The Hot tub was hot every time we got into it (even multiple times a day), the gas fireplace was a delight, the living area was comfortable for all 5 of our party to sit and watch a movie and would have been equally comfortable with 6. The kitchen table and bar stools were also a great congregating area. The bed in the Master bedroom was super comfortable and I'm picky about my mattress. Our entire party slept well after a day of skiing or exploring the town. The wifi was consistent and we didn't have any problems with it, it worked well. We only used the TV in the living area and it was excellent and easy to navigate. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked frequently. Don't let the shuttle schedule overwhelm you, the shuttle comes frequently and the drivers were helpful, we figured it out within a day. The stop is right outside the unit. Helpful tip: When returning to the condo, tell the driver you want to go to Rossie Hill which is our stop. We rented a SUV but barely used it although the garage was easy to access. We took the shuttle for skiing but often walked into town. Harry was the best host I've interacted with and I've been using the major vacation rental companies for many years. He responds quickly and he cares about the property and wants his guests to have a good experience. I was about to give up on renting thru either of the big vacation rental sites because so many are handled by corporations or property management offices. This experience was the experience we all used to have but rarely find anymore. When we come back to Park City, this will be my first choice! Thank you Harry!

This home was in an ideal location with the ski mountain being a 2 minute drive and downtown Park City a 10 minute walk. The condo is outfitted with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The communication with the owner was fabulous and the response time was immediate. We will stay here again on our next ski vacation.

Great property for a big family or two families with some kids. Plenty of beds for flexible accommodations. A great owner managed property with a hard to find “take a penny, leave a penny” style of management. Plenty of spices, condiments, made shopping easy and not as wasteful. All the dishes, utensils, appliances etc you can think of, even a crockpot and cheese slicer. Be ready for lots of stairs. Not good for somebody with mobility problems. Fantastic private hot tub and grilling deck. Right on the shuttle route, never waited even five minutes. 5 minutes to town lift or 10 to main Park City Mountain base area (skating rink). We would definitely go back.

I agree that the apportionment of beds and baths and common spaces allows for great flexibility in use for different kinds of groups.. Glad to read the buses are back on a good schedule. (When we were there last Omicron was pretty high and I sensed -- pure speculation -- they were missing some drivers, so we had a couple longer wait times.) I would characterize the condo as a bit "steppy" and also would not recommend for folks with mobility problems. Harry was great and very easy to work with. There is a bus stop located right outside the door which makes it very easy to get to Main Street, PC Mountain and Deer Valley. The condo was perfect for 4 adult males. All amenities were as described. Only downside is the unit is a little dated but extremely clean and functional.

Fair comment about some elements of the unit being a bit dated: First, we will soon be doing a major upgrade of windows and siding, so the overall look will be improved in those respects. Second, on the interiors, when I've asked guests if they mind some of the early 1980s finishes, they generally seem to understand that upgrades comes at a cost, and most are fine with the current setup. (Maybe they want to show their kids what builder-level finishes looked like back in the day.) I didn't register your comment as a "complaint," but I like to be transparent and wanted to address it. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SunSpot in Park City. The property was clean, comfortable, and incredibly well located. Although we opted to only cook breakfast and enjoy dinners out in Park City, the kitchen was quite well equipped. The view from the rooftop hot tub was terrific and made for a great way to relax after a full day of skiing. The bus stop in front of the condo (and one directly across the street) made it easy to get to both Deer Valley and Main Street. The boot dryers in the entryway were a great touch and made for a more pleasant experience. I'd note that perhaps the best test of a host is how they respond to issues. Upon arrival in Salt Lake on a Sunday, I was greeted with a text stating that the relatively new furnace was out of order. While this was not how I had hoped to start our vacation, the host (Harry M.) and his team on the ground could not have been more responsive. The unit was equipped with space heaters and plenty warm. The host followed-up by phone to apologize and his team kept us informed until the repair was completed the following day. Kudos! I would certainly rent the property again in the future.

This property is wonderful, exactly as advertised, location could not be better! Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and tv, very comfortable living area, very well stocked kitchen. Harry, the owner, was so pleasant to communicate with and the property manager was usually on property and was exceptionally quick to address an a/c issue we encountered. You do need to handle stairs as this is a 6 level (3 story) unit. We loved the rooftop porch with hot tub, many cups of morning coffee and alfresco dinners were consumed gazing at the beautiful mountains. The location was perfect, we could walk to Main St. in one direction and the St. Regis in the other. We loved this property and can't wait to return! Thanks, Harry!!!

First of all, I cannot stress enough the care and attention the owner puts in to this location. Every amenity is there for your enjoyment. Hot tub on the rooftop patio. En suite master bathroom. Full kitchen with everything. Overly spacious family room with fireplace. Boot heaters placed at the entrance for skiers. A thoughtful one-sheet with guidance on local dining and first-timer tips. Next, ease of use. Access is a keypad which eliminates the need for a two-stop check in and the worry of having a key. Location had a free shuttle stop directly out front which makes your transportation worry-free. Downtown Park City is maybe 5 min one direction. Deer Valley ski resort is 3-5 min the other. Finally, value. This location is fairly priced and worth every penny. We have stayed all over the world and have seen the good and the bad in renting. We look forward to returning with the family as soon as possible.

In a great location just a few blocks from historic Main Street. On the free bus lines as well making getting anywhere in the area a breeze. The condo is a great place for adult family or group of friends. It’s within walking distance to the old town of Park City. It has a bus stop out front to take to ski resort but we always drove. We loved the fireplace, the boot warmer and the hot tub! The condo is very open and gets great light. There are a lot of steps- each bedroom was on a different floor- which was great for privacy. We would definitely stay there again! Harry was a great host and checked in on us while we were there to make sure everything was ok. Oh, and I almost forgot - having a garage for the car and ski storage was a bonus!!

Three characteristics come to mind for this condo. First, the owner, Harry, was incredibly helpful and very responsive. I appreciate dealing directly with the owner instead of a property management firm for a variety of reasons. He was easy to work with and provided useful advice and answers to our questions. One could not ask of more from an owner. Two, the location is amazing - situated between downtown and Deer Valley ski resort. Both are just a few minutes walking distance. Additionally, there are a number of hiking/running trails 2 blocks away. We took a number of runs on the trails and saw incredible views in all directions. I recommend hiking/running to Snow Top. Additionally, the cafe near Deer Valley has incredible sandwiches and pie. The tables were placed apart and the staff practiced great hygiene for these times. Third is the condo. I would describe it best as comfortable. It's not just a rental property, but has a comfortable, lived-in feeling with great artwork and many personal touches. The atrium provides great solar lighting and heating. The views from the top bedroom and hot tub are stellar, especially with the Christmas lights. There are a number of levels, so I wouldn't recommend this for someone who has difficulty walking or climbing stairs. However, they are split levels and were not a problem for us (2 of us being AARP members). But then again, Park City, with its hills, is at a high altitude in the mountains and may not be a great destination for someone with difficulties walking. Although we used Uber, the 2 parking spaces in the garage would be ideal for someone driving. However, with its proximity to downtown, trails, and a bus stop just outside the front door, we found a rental car was unnecessary and would have been much more expensive than using Uber to/from the airport. Additionally, the Uber drivers in Park City are a blast and often drive, not out of financial need, but for the enjoyment of meeting new people. They are a wealth of information. Park City is a great place to visit and Harry's condo is a great place to stay.

Loved the location! So close to Park City and Deer Valley, easy hop on/off the bus to go skiing or just go downtown to hang out. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for the whole family to gather. We did have one issue of being unable to close a window, we called and someone was there to repair it quickly - so easy! There are a lot of stairs because of the many levels, the owner did warn us of this because we brought my 80 + year old parents. My Dad ended up getting mountain sickness (he was pushing himself carrying groceries up and we are from Florida). The hospital was amazing though and everything turned out great. This was one of our best Christmas' ever and would go back and stay here again for sure!

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property. The views from the rooftop hot tub were exquisite and the hot tub was new and well kept. The beds were comfortable but we would bring our own pillow next time. The kitchen was well equipped. The floor plan is divided amongst five levels and the stairs might be an issue for the disabled or elderly. The location is right in the hub of many entertainment options and activities. This is a really fun property to rent for a ski week. It is a 5 level townhouse, with each of the 3 bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms- great privacy as they are all separate levels. It is an end unit and is flooded with light and has views in multiple directions. The unit fronts on an interior mews courtyard (not on the busy street) atop a large garage with a dedicated ski closet, so you can walk directly out to the free ski bus stops (stops for Deer Valley and Park City are within 50 ') with your gear. The living room is large with 2 sofas and 2 recliner chairs- probably the best to be found at this price point. It is open to the large kitchen with a beefy counter height dining table which is a half level above- you can easily ask for a refill on your margarita without leaving your Lazy Boy. On one of the separate levels there is a private outdoor deck with hot tub. Unlike other rentals we've had over the years it was hot and worked flawlessly all week! So, all in all, our expectations were exceeded. Harry was easy to communicate with, the location half way between Deer Valley and Park City base was convenient to ski both, and a great time was had by all three couples.

We were very happy with our stay at Harry's property, he was very helpful and accomodating. There is plenty of space for 6 adults with the three bedrooms all on separate levels, each with its own on bathroom. The kitchen seated all 6 easily, as did the living room. We enjoyed the private spa on the balcony after skiing, with a lovely view up the slopes as a bonus. The washing machine in the condo was handy and we found that the drying racks provided were all we needed to dry clothes overnight, but there is a dryer as well if needed. The condo is only a short walk to Main Street with lots of shops and restaurants. There is a bus stop right outside where several buses stop. You can go to Main Street, the grocery store or to several ski lifts. We mostly used the Town Lift which is the closest option with easy access to the slopes and a run back home again. The property has boot dryers for 4 pairs of ski boots with a timer, which is such a bonus. It is not often I find this in private rentals. I would definitely recommend this rental property.

This lodge was perfect for a ski group of friends. Neat, spacious living area to hang out, comfortable bedrooms, rooftop hot tub with amazing views, and short walk to main st. The air inside was dry, which humidifiers in each room helped with, and there was a lack of shower shampoo/soap. Overall a wonderful place!

It's my policy to have one in each bedroom for comfort. About the soaps: I have texted the cleaning / turnover lady about your shower soap and shampoo comment, and have asked her to make sure folks have at least a good starter set. We really enjoyed our stay here. I appreciate that each bedroom has it's own full bathroom. So many times doing trips you have to figure out who is getting the hall bathroom and who's going to have to share. It's a small thing but it made things a lot easier with 7 people in the house. The location is perfect especially if you're skiing at Deer Park. One of our party took the shuttle bus each day on his own schedule. It's great having that option right outside of the door and made it so we didn't have to coordinate coming and going. The drive over is about 5 minutes, very convenient. The owner was responsive to messages and was really helpful with an extra thing we asked for. The house is clean and has plenty of space for everyone to spread out in. Tons of extra blankets, everything you might need is there. This was a great stay and I highly recommend it.

Jessica, Thanks for your thoughtful and wonderful review. I too have stayed in condos where you have to decide who is going to get the room or rooms with attached bathrooms. Not an issue in my place. And the extra half-bath off the kitchen is a useful backstop if other bathrooms are occupied. As for the extra blankets etc., I figure it's a ski house in a mountain environment: Give the people the stuff to keep warm! Hope you also made use of the gas fireplace. The location is more convenient to Deer Valley, for sure, but the Park City commute is just a bit longer, and often as not doesn't seem to require changing shuttle buses. I don't drive at all; I had that in mind when I chose this condo. (Our group usually does rent a car, though, and it's handy for groceries and special trips.) I'm glad the flow of the house worked for your group. It does have separate, but connected spaces for gathering in the living room and kitchen / dining area. Great property - very clean and exactly as advertised. So nice to check into a rental property where everything works, and you feel confident that everything is clean. We rented this condo for a family thanksgiving and it was perfect. The property management team had the property spotless when we arrived, and lights were already turned on and welcoming. They also checked in on us after a big snow and cleared the decks and hot tub area which was much appreciated. Harry the owner was great, communicating clearly in the days before, and checking on us halfway through our stay to see if there was anything we needed. You can tell he has put a lot of thought into making it a comfortable rental - TVs in every room so family can spread out and do there own thing, multi-zone heating and air, so you don't end up with the freezing first floor and sweltering top bedroom that you normally get in a vertical condo layout. Lots of little labels around the place to help you figure things out, and a well stocked kitchen (we were able to host a entire thanksgiving dinner bringing only our groceries). Great place, fantastic location easy walking distance from the main street. Love this place. Will definitely stay again, both for the condo and the ease of working with Harry.

We stayed for two weeks and invited a bunch of friends who stayed from 3 days to a week. Everybody agreed that the quality of the furnishings were higher than expected and the property layout was perfect for small private spaces and the kitchen/living room area allowed for large groups to come together comfortably too. We did not want to leave this condo! We were so comfortable - we had everything we needed and more. The split level design allowed for privacy when we needed it, and there was also plenty of room in the den and the kitchen for everyone to hang out together. The view from the hot tub was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and the location cannot be beat. The bus stop is right there, and we never had to wait more than 7-8 minutes for the bus. The condo is perfectly situated between Deer Valley snow park lodge and Main Street, and also very close to the grocery store. Harry and Paul were both extremely responsive and helpful. Thanks for an amazing place to spend our vacation!

Dear Perri, Thanks for the nice review. It speaks volumes for not only the condo itself but the people I work with to manage and do housekeeping that you had a great experience during Sundance, simply because that's the busiest time of year (more than Christmas/New Years, more even than Presidents) for the locals, and they are stretched to the gills. We love the location too! 9 buses an hour during high season a few steps out the door, or a 10-minute walk into town. Can't be beat. Come back again! Harry

Our group of 3 adults loved everything anout this condo! All three bedrooms were warm - even the one downstairs. The kitchen has plenty of seating for a larger group. The unit was very quiet even though it’s on a main road. We took advantage of the dvd player and the toasty fireplace. The owner was easy to reach before and during our stay. We skied three days at Deer Valley on a supposedly busy holiday weekend (MLK) but we were always able to park close to the lodge and there were almost no lines at the lifts. We love Deer Valley and would definitely consider staying at this condo again!

Great spot to host Thanksgiving. Had eight of us spend the holiday at this destination and was not disappointed! The condo was very comfortable and had planty of space to relax. Ben, Thanks so much for the glowing (and unsolicited) review! I love my ski condo (though I don't get there nearly enough) and enjoy when others find it comfortable. Seems it well accommodated even your large party! You're basically the first group of the heating / ski season (yeah, good early snow this year), after the usual shoulder season hiatus. The first one or two parties can be a sentinel of issues in the condo; if there are going to be problems, they'll crop up then. So I'm pleased that all systems were go for your stay. We had a wonderful summer stay in this spacious condo! It is centrally located to Main Street and Deer Valley, and we enjoyed the fact that each level has it's own bedroom and bathroom, so lots of privacy. The family room is spacious and very comfortable--great TV with Netflix and Amazon movies as well. This was our second visit, and the owner and property manager are prompt to reply and were available immediately when I had questions. We found a lot of stock pantry items upon arrival, so did the same and left ours for the next guest--it's nice to arrive and not have to be able to take inventory of what is there before going shopping. The condo is close to so many great restaurants and hiking trails, plus easy access to Deer Valley and Park City Mountain for skiing, as well as other resorts nearby.

Dear Linda, Thanks for your wonderful review. It's great to have repeat guests, especially ones who appreciate the charm and utility and location of the townhouse condo, as we do. The use-and-replenish arrangement seems to work out well, even if it does lead to the occasional odd spice or other item in the pantry. :-) Who really wants to buy a bottle of olive oil to cook 2-3 meals in a 4-night stay? It's also a small way that I try to bring a form of community to the succession of guests. We don't cook a whole lot because of the variety and levels of restaurants nearby -- too much fun to explore. Do return soon! Harry

Spent 5 nights in this spacious condo. 4 adults and 5 children slept comfortably. Location is incredible. Sits between main street and Deer Valley resort. Shuttle stops in front of the place. We want to book it again for next year!

This townhouse was perfectly located between Park City and Deer Valley, about 2 minute drive to both. Indoor garage was very convenient. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, one on each level. Lots of stairs. Kitchen roomy and stocked well for meals, although we mostly just used for breakfast. Family room very comfortable and cozy with large TV that made watching the Super bowl a pleasure. Dealing with the owner was a pleasure... a few days before our stay he called us to let us know what was still in stock in the kitchen! We paid it forward to the next renter by restocking with more coffee and paper goods. We're sure others will enjoy their stay here...we sure did!

Daniel, Thanks so much for sharing your review. You like what we like about the house: the location, the privacy of bedrooms and baths but the flow of common space up and down the half-levels. The stairs up to the master bedroom on top reward one with the greatest privacy and views. Some up-and-down is avoided during one's stay by choosing either of the other bedrooms. Do come back again, please! Repeat guests are the lifeblood of vacation condo owners like me. Harry
