We want you to book with confidence. Here's how our cancellation policy works: cancel 30+ days before check-in for a full refund, 14-29 days out for a 50% refund (minus service fee), or less than 14 days for no refund. The service fee is non-refundable in all scenarios. Refunds are processed within 7 days. To cancel, just reach out to us at 435-731-9122 or hello@jauntvacationrentals.com and we'll take care of it.
Cleanliness is non-negotiable for us. Every Jaunt managed property undergoes a thorough professional cleaning between each guest, including fresh linens, sanitized surfaces, and detailed quality inspections. We follow rigorous cleaning protocols and conduct quality control checks to ensure each home meets our exacting standards before you arrive.
We keep check-in simple and hassle-free. All of our properties have either lockboxes with keys or keyless entry codes right at the property, no need to stop by an office or coordinate a key handoff. You'll receive detailed check-in instructions with your access information before arrival, so you can head straight to your rental and start relaxing. It's one less thing to worry about on travel day.
We're here for you 24/7. You'll receive our direct contact information before arrival, and our team is always just a call or text away. Whether you need restaurant recommendations or have an urgent issue, we respond quickly and take care of you throughout your entire stay.
Some of our properties welcome pets, while others do not. You can filter for pet-friendly properties during your search, or Contact Us directly to discuss your needs. When pets are allowed, we'll provide all the details about any fees or restrictions.
Absolutely. All of our luxury vacation rentals come with complimentary high-speed WiFi. Stream, work, browse, or video chat, you'll have the reliable connection you need. We'll include the network name and password in your arrival information so you can get online right away.
Each property is fully furnished and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay: linens, towels, fully equipped kitchens, adn WiFi. Some of our vacation rentals have property-specific amenities like hot tubs, game rooms, or ski storage. Every listing includes detailed information about what's provided, and we're happy to answer questions about specific properties.
For peak seasons (winter holidays in Park City or summer in Newport Beach), we recommend booking 3-6 months in advance to secure your preferred dates and property. However, we often have great options available for last-minute getaways too. The earlier you book, the more choices you'll have.
It depends on the property. Many of our homes include private parking, while some do not. We recommend checking the property description for specific parking details, or use our search filters to find properties with the parking options you need. If you have questions about a particular property, we're happy to help.
