Great location to town. Easy check in and the hot tub was awesome to have. Garage space is great, but the height of the entrance was pretty low so u had to take my ski rack off to get into the garage. Otherwise great across the board!

We had a great experience staying here! Location is so convenient for skiing and Main st. The bus stop is right outside the building. The building and surrounding area are well maintained, I always saw someone clearing walkways and staircases when it started snowing.Kitchen is well stocked with lots of appliances- slow cooker, rice cooker, blender, coffee maker. Also lots of board games, books, and small simple toys for kids to enjoy.There are a lot of stairs but each flight is shorter than a normal staircase.Hot tub is a major plus! This is a fantastic location and we hope to come back soon.

Nice condo with everything for ski vacation and located half way between Deer Valley and Park City. Buses every 6 minutes both ways or easy pickups from Uber Lyft. Hot tub private on roof. Gas fireplace. Space heater for ground level bedroom with twins as can get a bit cold since heat rises there.

We stayed as 3 couples. Communication from beginning to end was excellent. On arrival easy access to parking garage (very limited garage height, maybe 6’6”, so check to see if your vehicle will fit), condo is right up first flight of stairs from garage. Entering property is easy with electronic locks. There are a lot of stairs in the property so if you struggle with stairs, I would consider another place. Beds were set up as 3 kings which was perfect. Interior is a bit antiquated, but easy to look past. Plenty of seating in living room. There were some stains on the floors, but at the end of a ski season that’s what I would expect. Nice that each room has private bathroom/shower. Top floor shower definitely needs to be re-tiled/caulked which owner said was being done in spring. Hot tub was great but more than 4-5 people gets pretty snug! 10 minute walk to Main Street, with a bus stop just outside in front of the garage entrance. We had an awesome time in Park City and would definitely stay here again.

We did everything we could in park city from skiing to snowmobiling. Visited downtown in our five day stay. Location was great and the hot tub made the stay very relaxing. Great spot with everything you may need to make the vacation enjoyable!!!

bus stops essentially directly outside the property made getting into town or to the slopes very easy (tip: use google maps to help catch the correct bus etc). Also, easy walk into town as well, about 1/3 mile. The condo had plenty of room. The hot tub was great.

We enjoyed our stay in Park City. The unit is near downtown with easy access to resorts as well as grocery stores / walgreens etc. The unit had all of the essentials stocked and plenty of space. The hot tub was great at night looking at the stars. The place could use a little TLC, but the original fixtures / decor added to the character if you go into it knowing it's a little dated. There are a lot of stairs required to navigate around the unit.

Property was in good condition and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Hot tub was fantastic and nice of property management to come by and clean all the snow (it snowed a lot while we were there). The location was great, easy to take the free bus to and from the town and ski areas. As the listing mentioned, the bus was literally steps from the property. The only nit pick items to call out were the TV/cable options - we always pack a fire stick so we worked around it. The other was the grout/caulk in the upstairs bath, needs a redo so it does not look dirty. We would stay again!

The unit is as described. The layout was perfect for two couples, each with a toddler, and our nanny in the bottom floor room. The hot tub was great, although by the third day, it was a bit discolored and likely needed more chlorine. The location is walkable to downtown in less than 15 minutes (even with our 2 year old). The bus stop is right out the front door and very convenient to get to deer Valley or Park City base. I would certainly stay here again on a future trip.

We had a great experience, it’s an older property so it’s not the fanciest but it’s homey. The location was perfect, and the hot tub was amazing! The only thing a bit strange was the lack of essentials like hand soap in any of the bathrooms. And the hunt I had to go on for toilet paper. Also, the lack of television options was a bit outdated, but we enjoyed our stay!

The only thing I would have the property manager do is have kitchen sponges/clothes for doing dishes and wiping down counters. Also provide dish soap for the kitchen and hand soaps in bathrooms. Other then that great place. Would definitely rent again.

My friend and our 4 adult sons stayed at the property to ski Park City and Canyons. The location was convenient with a shuttle stop just up the road making it an easy ride into town and to the base areas of both resorts. The 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms worked out great for our sleeping arrangements throughout the stay and the private hot tub was a perfect way to end our days after getting off the slopes. Overall we had a terrific stay!

My family has been going to Park City for an annual ski trip since the 70's but long ago out grew our small condo, so we usually book others at the same place to accommodate our large group of extended family members. This year, due to a late change in dates we had to look elsewhere and were so incredibly happy with this stay! The layout allows for privacy as each bedroom is an ensuite AND on its own floor, but also has plenty of common space. We were able to comfortably seat 9 for dinner at the counter and dining table, the living space was cozy and the views from the rooftop hot tub were beautiful both before and after dark. I don't think I've ever seen a rental place so well equipped with kitchen supplies, boot dryers, and everything else we needed during our stay. The host was very accommodating allowing us to store luggage after checkout for our late departure, and the location is hard to beat - just a short walk or an even shorter bus ride (there's literally two stops just steps from the door) to Main Street, Deer Valley or PCMR base areas. Bathrooms could use updating, but were clean and functional -no complaints from this group!

Spacious condo conveniently located on the Park City bus line. Less than 5 minutes from Deer Valley resort and less than 10 minutes from Park City Resort via bus. We are a family of 5 with 2 adult children and one teenager. We enjoyed the hot tub on a couple of occasions. The owner was quick to respond with general requests for information prior to our visit. We were very pleased with the accommodations and can’t wait to return!

From the white sands of Alabama to the white powder of Park City we had a wonderful time … Bus system was easy to use and the condo was quaint with friendly neighbors and very quick responses from Mike and Paul with any questions …. The only thing missing was a cookie sheet 🤣🤣very well stocked …The hot tub was amazing with beautiful views and relaxing under the stars !! Made great memories! We LOVE Park City !

Sunspot was a great home base for our vacation. The nearby bus stop was very convenient—we got around on the free local buses very easily. When there was an internet outage due to construction nearby both the owner and local property manager were responsive and helpful.

The building and inside could use updating, but for the price is very adequate. The location is very convention and can’t be beat!

Great property. Close enough to walk to restaurants. Also Close to shuttle stop - We drove to the Mnt and paid for the preferred parking and was totally worth not waiting. Hot tub on the roof was great. Stairs Up to the hot tub were killer after a long powder day but the layout worked great for us. Only area of improvement would be the quality of beds and the cooking pans...I’m a bed and cookware snob. We made the mistake of going to flanagans one night. Rude staff and reminded us of a college bar that served food. We left before the drinks came and went to fletchers - much Much better. Overall great experience and would not hesitate to book again.

First time in Park City for a ski trip. This was a great place. Plenty of privacy with bedrooms on different floors with their own bathrooms. Hot tub was awesome, and boot dryer was a plus. No need to drive to the lifts with a great bus system right in front.

Rented this unit for a weekend ski trip and it couldn't have been more perfect. The hot tub was great after a day at Park City but there was also plenty of space to lounge after hitting the slopes. Mike was incredibly responsive and accomodating when planning the trip and arranging the beds the way we needed before we got there. I'd stay here again in a second!

We had a wonderful stay! The hot tub and fireplace were fantastic, and the location was great as we had a mix of Deer Valley skiers and Park City snowboarders. We probably could have walked to Deer Valley, but drove every day, and the shuttle for Park City is literally right outside the door. The bedrooms are spacious, and I really enjoyed the steam shower. Two things to note - 1) the living area is separate from the kitchen, which makes it harder to hang out as a group if some people are cooking. 2) it was hard to regulate the temperature between the upstairs bedroom and the ground floor bedroom. Someone was inevitably too hot / cold.

This condo is nothing short of perfect. It’s walking distance to main st which we loved and a nice run uphill to deer valley. The hot tub was a very nice touch and it was cleaned weekly. The upstairs room can get a bit hot during the hotter days but we managed to keep windows open which cooled the house down. Would definitely recommend!

Hot tub a little low on water, gas grill leaks and doesn't work, charcoal grill in poor shape. no a/c (or couldn't figure it out) made for some hot nights. Otherwise absolutely flawless stay and very happy with our stay there. Kitchen had everything we needed, clean towels in rooms at for hot tub, fast internet, quick access to pc. Would stay again for sure.

This is a great location and the price was good. We could ride our bikes to downtown in minutes. The owners were very responsive and the place was clean. The condo was within easy walking distance to downtown. It was an older condo, but clean and had all amenities. The steam shower was great. The kids enjoyed their own room and patio and there were plenty of games for evening entertainment. The BBQ is on it's last legs though, but we were able to salvage the ribs. Property is an easy hop on the bus to either Deer Valley or Park City. Addition of boot dryer is fantastic. Property is a little dated but the view from the private hottub amply compensates. Other reviewers are correct about the many flights of stairs, but I find the unique layout a very interesting use of space which allows ample natural light. If I had any negative complaint it would be well used cookware but the kitchen is incredibly well stocked.

My family of six had an amazing time at Mike’s property. The townhouse is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We found the kitchen and bedrooms stocked with everything we needed. We used the luxurious hot tub every day of our visit and our kids were entertained by the board games. And yet the best part of the townhouse was not how well appointed it was but its incredible location - right in front of several free bus lines that took us to park city mountain and deer valley within minutes! Making use of the bus, and the Town lift on park city’s Main Street, we only had to walk less than a hundred steps in our ski boots to get to the top of Jupiter and other iconic double black diamond ski trails. We will be back again! Thank you Mike for making our stay so easy and pleasurable!

This condo is perfectly located. Easy access to both the slopes and Main Street. We had a car, but you wouldn't need one. It was great to have covered parking when it was snowing! Good privacy for everyone because all bedrooms were on a different floor (but you'll get your exercise with all the stairs!). We enjoyed the outside hot tub! The kitchen has all the appliances and gadgets you will need. (Surprisingly, lots of martini glasses but only 2 wine glasses! Oh, well, we managed quite well.) We would stay there again.

Right on the bus line but you can walk to downtown if you feel like it. Condo was well provisioned and the owner was great to deal with. Would stay here again without a doubt!

This property is in a great location on the bus route between Park City and Deer Valley. The multi level living offers clean, spacious and private separation with a good kitchen and living room. Worked well for our group of 3 couples. The multiple levels make it difficult to balance the heat but opening a window on the upper level helped a lot. The price is great considering the amenities and accurately reflects the age of the property.

Wonderful location: free shuttle buses to Deer Valley skiing and to Park City ski resort. just a few feet outside the door. Also goes to Main Street but it is so close we walked. Loved the roof top hot tub and steam shower after skiing. Kitchen & LR are big enough and open enough so that there is lots of space and it is easy to cook and socialize. The 3 bedrooms each have a full bath and are private from each other.

We stayed with 2 couples and 3 teenagers, and the space was perfect. The condo has each bedroom on a different level, each with its own bathroom, so everyone had their own space. The fireplace was very nice, and the beds were super comfy. We also liked the covered parking, the hot tub with a view, and the natural light in the condo. This condo has the best location ever: you walk outside and there's the bus stop. We never waited more than 5-10 minutes for the bus, and you're extremely close to Main Street and to Deer Valley. We rented a minivan, and we only used it to drive from the airport and to the grocery a few times. But since the condo is right on the bus line, a car isn't totally necessary.

We had a short weekend break to catch some powder in Park City, and this place was perfectly located. Shuttle buses that stopped almost at the front door or a short walk to the town where we could pick up rentals or head out to the bars for the evening. The place itself was a great place to hang out, cook dinners and generally relax after a long day's skiing. We even got to use the grill out the back, as well as the hot tub!

Thoroughly enjoyed our 1st time in Park City staying at this awesome property. Location is perfect and the free bus transit system is the best I've ever seen. The property itself was extremely well-appointed with everything you could possibly want and the hot tub is amazing. The only issue we had was working out how to adjust the heating as the lower level rooms were quite cold compared to the top level. That wasn't enough to spoil our stay though and we had the perfect holiday in this beautiful property.

This place is perfect for 3 adult couples. We each had our own master bedroom, and there was a very cozy great room, hot tub, and kitchen for hanging out in after hitting the slopes. There was an issue with the WiFi, so I emailed Mike in the am and it was fixed before we got back in the afternoon.

Clean, located very close to town center with lots of shopping, restaurants, bars and entertainment as well as slopes and resorts! Hot tub on the upper deck is private with nice views! Beds are comfortable and has all the basic amenities for cooking. Wood burning fireplace worked great! Cozy environment, each bedroom on a separate floor, great for privacy but lots of stairs. We look forward to returning when there’s more snow!

We had a wonderful thanksgiving spent in Park City! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was wonderful to have the hot tub after long days of hiking. Mike made check in and out a breeze and we got exactly what we expected in the rental. The location is excellent and I highly recommend walking into downtown for morning coffee, afternoon shopping, or an evening dinner.

Our group of 8 had a wonderful stay at Sun Spot. Check in was seamless, condo was very clean and had all the linens, towels, as well as a fully stocked spice cabinet for us. The roof top hot tub was perfect for aprés ski relaxation. Center of town with all the bars, restaurants and shops was only a 5 minute walk down the street. Town lift for skiing access was just a little further into town, definitely walkable but the shuttles also run often and all day! Would definitely stay here again!

Came in for four nights and found the accommodations excellent. Mike was very easy to work with and everything posted in the condo description is accurate. The absolute best part of this condo is it's location. Walk outside to bus stop and get to slopes in three or four minutes or downtown in about the same amount of time. Hot tub is very clean and was a welcome relief at the end of each day. Will stay again!

Stayed here for 6 nights and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Spacious 3 bedroom townhome, each bedroom with en suite bathroom. Owners take great care for the townhome and it shows. It is well-equipped (kitchen had spices, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, etc, to get us started, plenty of storage in the garage for ski equipment, tvs in each bedroom and the living room, some DVDs to keep us entertained, board games, wood burning fireplace, hot tub, washer/dryer, internet. We skied at Deer Valley and the Canyons. If you plan to ski at Deer Valley, the commute couldn't be easier. We had a car but taking the free town shuttle is easier door-to-door service. The bus stop is literally just outside the door of Sunspot and goes directly to Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge. Loved the convenience of free ski and boot storage at Deer Valley overnight. Hopped on the shuttle with our gear and were on the slopes within 20 minutes (including getting stored skis and boots, checking sneakers, getting lift passes - commute to Deer Valley Snow Park lodge itself is about 5 minutes). Deer Valley is definitely convenient to ski at from this house. That being said, we skied The Canyons as well, as our son was in ski school/daycare there each day. Very easy commute from this house and free parking there as well. This house is very close to Main Street. You can drive to Main Street but the shuttle is easy or it is a short walk. We loved the convenience of this house. A great place to stay if there are multiple people with multiple agendas. You certainly do not need a car when you stay here but we just found it more convenient. We did stay at this house with our son, almost 3 years old, and the house was very manageable for him. That being said, if you have a young toddler or crawler, this house could be challenging. There are a few open railings would be hard to block with a baby gate. Other than that, this house was well equipped with night lights, a step stool, some kids plates/bowls/forks/spoons, and a sled. Hope to come back to Deer Valley next year and will definitely stay here again!

We stayed with our 3 teenagers for a week during the Christmas holiday to ski at Deer Valley in Park City. The condo was very comfortable and well maintained. The owner was very proactive in providing all the information we needed to access the unit and in making the stay pleasant and seamless. We felt that we were at a second home of our own with no hassles. There are stairs between the multiple floor levels, which was not a problem with our kids, but could be an issue for less active or mobile travelers. The pictures accurately reflected the unit. Overall we were extremely pleased with the experience. It is very close to downtown Park City, Deer Valley, and Park City Resort. We would definitely want to stay here again if we come back to the area.

This condominium is perfectly located for taking advantage of Deer Valley and Historic Main Street. The bus stops are basically at your door, so transportation to the ski resorts and around town couldn't be easier. This condo has everything for the perfect mountain vacation. It is well furnished and equiped with anything needed for a comfortable stay. There were five of us and the floorplan offers privacy for each of the bedroom suites when we needed some quiet time to ourselves. The living area is airy and comfortable and the woodburning fireplace adds a feeling of coziness. The kitchen is open to the living area, well equiped for starting the day with coffee and breakfast or cooking in after a day of skiing. There are views from just about everywhere in this condo. Having coffee one morning by the fireplace we were able to watch a couple moose trudge through the snow up the mountain in the distance...that was pretty cool. The roof top hot tub offers great views as well, both day and night, and feels great after a full day on the slopes. I would recommend this condo to anyone planning a visit to the Deer Valley/Park City area. It offers all the comforts of home and the owner is extremely hospitable, accomodating and easy to work with. We could not have asked for a better place to spend our ski vacation!

This a great Deer Valley Condo on Deer Valley Drive about a mile or two max from Deer Valley. It is right on the free bus route with buses every 7-10 minutes to take you to and from Deer Valley ( Rated the second best place in America to ski and the saying is that "even God eats at Deer Valley"). The condo is comfortable with a new private hot tub and a beautiful view of the mountains. It is close to but not quite walkable to downtown during the winter but it is very easy to take the bus. If you drive to Main Street you have to get there by 5 p.m. to find parking during the busy weeks. The owner of this condo is very nice and accommodating.Our bed on the top floor was comfortable and the pillows better than most places we have stayed. I recommend this condo without reservation.

This is a great place for a smaller group or family. We had a group of three guys out for an extended ski weekend, and the multi-floor layout (each bedroom on it's own floor) gave us plenty of quiet when we wanted it. The location is right off the bus line to Deer Valley and a quick walk to Main Street, so our rental SUV stayed in at night while we stayed out. Those looking to stay in at night will have no problem with the kitchen, and there are plenty of board games to keep the night lively. After the first day's skiing, we were all thrilled that the hot tub was already heated up and ready to go. Could have used a little more power in the jets, but soaking our sore muscles in the 104° water with a few beers every afternoon was hard to beat. Those not skiing or snowboarding will find plenty of brochures and information on activities in the area. The owner was great in providing all the information we needed to get in the first day and answer any questions we had, responding to my emails quickly. My only caveat is that the garage ceiling is a bit low for a big SUV with a roof rack. The rack on the Tahoe we rented was scraping the ceiling. We were told we could park in another spot, which took care of the problem.

Our group stayed here a couple of years ago(Feb. 2009) and are returning to PC in a few months. This is FIRST on our list of places to stay. The thing I personally love is that it is a split level condo so everyone can get together inside, or get a little privacy if desired. The kitchen made for a great starting point for 6 people to get coffee and fueled up with a hot breakfast for the days' boarding. Just to sum up the place briefly, it's GREAT!
