This was our first time staying in The Canyons and it was absolutely perfect. Extremely convenient, easy check-in. Great amenities with the pool, coffee shop & a walkable area! The valet was a huge perk. There was an event taking place during our stay and we were not disrupted at all. I would highly recommend this to anyone coming in for a visit to park city. You won’t be disappointed!

Perfect location for our Park City trip! We booked here as we had friends staying in the area and we definitely made a great decision. The location couldn't be more central for skiing, après ski or just hanging out. The Canyons is by far the superior part of the mountain for skiing with as much if not more to do than the Park City side. The room was spacious and more than adequate for my husband and myself. I could see this room being perfect for a family of 3-4 as well as a friend trip. While we didn't do any cooking, it was convenient to have a full kitchen and nice to be able to have snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. The amenities were great! Nice heated pool, hot tub and steam room to relax in after a day of skiing. Looking forward to visiting again in the future!

This is a room in the Summit Grand and you check in through the front desk like you would at the hotel. They don't do the daily hotel services but if you are wanting to ski or attend an event this is a perfect suite. Comes with a parking space in the garage underneath the hotel and of course there is free parking at the nearby lot as well.

This room is located in Canyons Valley. I really enjoyed my stay during the 4th of July. There are lots of activities in the valley, including music concerts, a drone show, and fireworks. The kitchen is clean, and the bed is very comfortable. I would definitely consider coming back again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a conference for four nights. I had previously stayed at the Grand Summit and have always found it to be delightful. This suite was exactly as shown. It was rather large with a full kitchen, king sized bed, large table, great sofa, and a double vanity sink in the bathroom. It also has a great view! I would absolutely stay here again.

This was a fantastic place to stay! We walked right out the door to the gondola and orange bubble. Couldn't have been easier. The hot tubs got a little crowded when the lifts closed but everything else was spectacular. Highly recommend!

For a family of 3 (2 adults and a 4yr old) this was the absolute BEST experience and airbnb/ resort to stay at. This was our first time in Utah and we had everything we needed to have a perfect stay- including the host’s recommendations and tips. The ski in/ski out, rentals and lift tickets were easy to access and purchase right outside the room. (They even told us online was cheaper to help us out.)
The free shuttle to Main Street was a great resource to help save uber fees since we did not have a rental car. We ordered groceries to our resort to cook/eat in our room to save money and time. The childcare was amazing and they treated the kids so so well. I would come back in a heartbeat to stay in this Airbnb and we will never forget this unforgettable experience. :)

Myself and my partner booked this for a weekend visit to Park City to ski in early December and it was perfect. The location is incredible for access to the ski lifts / gondola on the Canyons side of Park City Mountain - it is a short walk (barely any uphill like you will get with other hotels in Canyon Village). The drinks and food at the Red Tail Grill were good quality and convenient after a day of skiing, the hot tubs / pool area (incl. locker rooms) was wonderful, the room itself was clean with a big TV, and the hotel staff were very friendly. We were even able to keep 5 bags with the front desk while we skied a half day on the day of our checkout, and they gave us access to the lock rooms by the pool to change after even though we had checked out. It was also easy to get to and from Main Street - no issues calling Uber/Lyft in a timely manner. Will definitely come to stay again!

The Grand Summit resort was the perfect place for our first visit to Park City, Utah. The proximity of the hotel to the ski slopes and lifts was perfect. The staff at the resort were all so friendly. Our room was perfect for the two of us. There were several eating establishments nearby. It was fun to discover the downtown area via the wonderful bus service. Hope to return next year!

My spouse and I stayed here for 4 nights over the Christmas Holiday. We found the check-in process to be seamless and the unit as described. The resort is fantastic - ski-in/ski-out right on the mountain and a nice base to ski Park City and Canyons with nice facilities (Hot tubs, steam rooms, pools, etc.) The hosts were communicative and responsive - all in all a tremendous stay we would recommend to other travelers!

First: Location. We walked out the resort door, put our skis on and skied onto the orange bubble lift. Second: Tony was fantastic. He gave us recommendations for the area, and when the resort did not have our room ready at check in, Tony stepped in and made the calls necessary to expedite our wait time. Third: We enjoyed the property. The studio was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the hot tub and several restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect place for skiing out of Canyons base. Walk out the door, onto the Orange Bubble, and you're off! Check-in was problematic, the front desk had incorrect info about both our room and the date of check out. They were committed to figuring it out, but still disconcerting upon arrival. (Call to the owner worked it out.) Also, the info emailed to the user prior to arrival leaves the "door entry code" blank, which is also disconcerting. (In another area it notes that there is a staffed front desk, but that's not obvious by the way it's sent to the user.) Final point -- the text messages at 6 AM are ridiculous. I think these come from Florida and they haven't figured out that the country has time zones. The only real issue we encountered was the lack of Covid protocols around the pool/hot tubs. ZERO posting of distancing or capacity. While it was fine in the morning it was impossible at the end of the day, so we gave up. Seemed amazing that there was nothing whatsoever posted at the pool area. We also requested no housekeeping during the week as we could see that mask wearing by staff wasn't uniform. We came back to find our room had been entered and cleaned midweek -- which while nice, was not what was requested. Overall, it's a great place, perfect for two people who want to ski and enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.

Tim, thank you for booking with us! Grand Summit is located in the prime location for Skiing! We want to apologize for the mix-up at the front desk during the time of arrival. Our reservations team informed Grand Summit about your reservation a week before arrival. They should have had the correct information. Grand Summit called us to confirm everything about your vacation. Additionally, the door code is left blank until a week before your arrival. It will also be blank if the rental agreement is not signed. On occasion, the door code does not generate as technology is not always perfect. The earliest our automated texts would go out would be at 7 am and not 6 am. However, we will look into the time that these informative texts are being sent out. We are aware of time zones. Lastly, Blue Swell/ White Drift is responsible for the unit itself. Anything outside of the room is with Grand Summit. How they choose to enforce COVID protocols is out of our control. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your overall stay with us! We hope to see you again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean and at the base of the mountain. We could walk out from the hotel straight on to the ski lift. There is another free gondola you can take to go to 7-11 for drinks and snacks to have in your room. It was very easy. It’s important to note that you are not part of the hotel so there is not daily cleaning or room service. Check in was easy, but it is late (as late as 7pm) so we paid an additional fee to check in early. I did not like that part. Overall I would recommend the room if you want a small clean room with great access to the lifts.

We have stayed at this resort before but this was our first time in this unit. It looks exactly like the pictures and all of the amenities were as described. We were visiting for a weekend getaway and you can't beat the location in Canyons Village. When we checked out we were charged a cleaning fee like the previous reviewer referenced, so I was anticipating that. I contacted the management company to ask for their help in resolving the double charge (once by the management company and once by the resort) and they immediately contacted to resort to have them issue me a refund. I'm really impressed by the commitment to guest experience and satisfaction. We will definitely rent from this company again and stay in this unit again.

The Grand Summit, in almost every way, was excellent for our family ski vacation. The ski in/ski out access and ski valet in the lobby made it easy for everyone to get to the slope. The nearby rental shop made it easy to get and return everyone's equipment. The full kitchen made it easy to cook meals in the room. The large den made the room a great place for our friends and family to gather. Overall, the Grand Summit could not be a better ski in/ski out resort. The only drawback was the dearth of green/beginner runs in the Canyons Village area. There is a large green/beginner area at the top of the Red Pine Gondola and two short green/beginner runs off that area, but there are no green/beginner runs to get you to from the top to the bottom of the mountain. The lack of green/beginner runs makes it hard to ski with young children or those new to the sport because of the lack of variety and the large number of places a true beginner cannot ski. You could take the Grand Summit's shuttle to Park City to access more green runs, but that sort of defeats the purpose of a ski in/ski out resort. Ultimately, the Grand Summit is an amazing resort and the room was outstanding. When all the members of my family are more accomplished skiers, it definitely will be a place we would consider visiting again.
