Convenient ski-in/ski-out setup, neat double daybed arrangement in common area, access to large pool and multiple hot tubs, and clutch lobby cafe that opens at 6:30 am with coffee, treats, and meals. Clear and smooth communication from host from start to finish, too. Highly recommend!

The apartment at Grand Summit was absolutely great. My kids slept at the day beds in the living room, the gas fireplace made it cozy and we had a lot of space for everything - even cooking. The bed in the bedroom and sheets were great. Nothing beats the location which is right outside the orange bubble lift and with a great view.

A total gem of a find in Canyons Village and steps to the slopes. While it was just my husband and I this go around, the unit had plenty of space to bring our two young kids next time around. All the comforts of home to make meals in, and access to the village restaurants for apres or lazy evenings you want to dine out. The services were top notch and we'd come back again.

We absolutely loved staying in this condo during a corporate conference. It was so worth it to book with Air B&B rather than the hotel. This location is the most convenient spot in the Canyons area of Park City. Total ski in and ski out. There is a ski valet on the 2nd floor or if you rent skins from the canyon rentals in the village, you can store overnight for free. We went straight on the chair lifts first thing in the morning, right out the back of the hotel. Our son did ski school and that was also right behind the hotel. The entire staff was were fabulous and the hosts were fantastic! You check in through the front desk either way.
The condo is exactly as described. One bedroom with a balcony, a big kitchen and living room with a pull out couch. There is a fireplace and the kitchen has everything that you need!
We requested cleaning daily and it was done. We requested more towels and more bedding and those were delivered, no problem.
We could walk to various restaurants too!

My boyfriend and I came to ski and check out PC for the 1st time. The condo and resort exceeded our expectations. The condo was perfect-beautiful views of the mountains and Canyon Village. We loved the hot tubs, ski out access, gym and room service!
It’s also very convenient that you can take the silver gondola down the mountain and quickly catch a bus that goes to Main street and Deer Valley -all for free!

I used to live in the area so was very familiar with Park City but it’s been a few years since I’ve been up the mountain and the amount of growth that happened is incredible. We had such a great time staying here! The host was INCREDIBLY proactive and responsive. We were getting in a little later and to make sure we had a pack n' play they purchased one and even followed up to make sure we had it! The place was beautiful and clean. The only thing was that the directions were a little tough. We were confused on how to get there at first (it was also at night so that could have been it too). There also weren't very many directions on parking but it was super easy because there was a garage and the front desk told you were to park and access to the garage was easy (once you know there's a separate elevator to get to the garage)! The front desk was really helpful! Such a great stay!

Perfect for what our family of six was looking for! Slept everyone comfortably, could easily cook to make meals as well. Within walking distance to Canyons Village, and an easy shuttle/bus ride to downtown if you don’t feel like driving. Trails right off the mountain if that’s up your alley, or gondola rides galore. Family loved the amenities and everyone was so nice. Exactly what we needed for our first visit to Park City. Can’t wait for a winter visit!

Nothing better than this hotel, the room was great, big enough for my family of 6, plenty of space to take off your gear at the end of the day, really big dining area plus bar eating area works great. You can be on the chairlift in about 2 minutes or less from your room.

Great location, and everything you need to stay is here. The condo was spotless, and there was plenty of bedding for 2. There was tons of storage and hooks, and the place included soap, body wash, shampoo, coffee, sugars. We had our groceries delivered, and we either ate those or had room service. To get to the ski area, exit the second floor in the back where there is a ski valet, and the gondola is just a short walk away. My daughter needed skis, and it was a short walk to a pro shop to get those. The pool is very nice and there are tons of towels outside to use. The room has an amazing view of the pool, as well as of the mountains as well. I enjoyed the extremely large TV in the bedroom and didn't have to wear glasses to see it! Plenty of storage, hangers, glassware and plates. If you want an "easy" trip to the slopes, then stay here. Owner/Management was very easy to get ahold of as well. Hope to come back next year.

The property is in the Grand Summit Hotel where the staff is professional and friendly. Every time I passed the front desk I was greeted and asked how my stay was going. The property is on the promenade of the Canyons Village. so easy to access restaurants and stores. The unit is on the third floor just one floor up from accessing the slopes. Although on the far side of the property, it kept the hallway noise to a minimum. But it was still very easy and convenient to access the slopes. Upon entering the suite, the first impression was great as we were greeted by big windows with views of the mountains and the pool. It was clean with comfortable furniture. Over all very well appointed. There are separate living, dining and kitchen areas with plenty of space. The bedroom had a comfortable bed with plenty of space for luggage and whatnot. The bathroom had two sinks and again, plenty of space. As is the case with most pull out couches, it wasn't the most comfortable. Bedding for the additional sleep spaces had to be requested upon arrival as there was none standing by. Access to the slopes couldn't be better. The Ski Valet is by the door and just across the walkway is the Orange Bubble Lift. This isn't the most economical place to stay in Park City, but it will be hard for me to book in elsewhere in the future.

This was, hands down, the best vacation spot I have ever rented. This unit had the BEST views out of all the condos around. It was square in the middle of the slopes. We stayed up every night watching the beautiful lights around. And all day we watched the skiers/snowboarders come down the mountain. It was absolutely magical. The host was wonderful too. Very friendly and helpful. To be honest, we under paid for what we got. Rent this place! You will absolutely love it! I promise.

To celebrate my birthday, I wanted to visit Park City and ski with my fiancé. We found this property directly inside the Canyon's Village. It was a true ski/in, ski/out as I could see the Canyons mountain and get some great runs at Park City Resort. After skiing, we headed downstairs and enjoyed a great hot tub and pool. The Grand Summit resort was everything and more we could have wished. On the first night, we walked over to the various restaurants at the Grand Summit and had a delicious meal at Red Tail Grill. The second night we took our car for the short drive to downtown Main Street Park City and had a great night at the Twisted Fern
When I arrived at the property, there was a nice note from Jaunt Vacation Rentals welcoming me to the property, and they even got me a little gift: a fantastic stainless steel water bottle that I get to bring home and use forever.
The whole experience was perfect, 10/10. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect ski getaway!

This property is located in the Grand Summit Resort. We only had to go down one flight of stairs, walk outside, and we were at a gondola. This property is walking distance to quite a bit of shopping and restaurants. We are a family of 5 and fit comfortably in the property. My kids loved the window beds. My husband and I enjoyed having a separate space from the kids. The property was clean and modern.

Views of the mountain are great, perfect location for skiing. Can't go wrong. The check-in was a bit rough...at first the hotel didn't have our name, then after the property manager contacted them, we were put in a small studio room. Property manager tried convincing me it was the right room when I called him back. Eventually made it into the room we booked. Except for the main bed, there weren't any sheets or blankets for the other beds and pull-out, but eventually tracked some down. Overall though would highly recommend the room. Perfect location for skiing, access to the pool, etc. Nice hotel staff. My kids had a great time. They also just happened to have fireworks right outside the hotel one of the nights we were there.

Such a great place to getaway. It is off season so there were no crowds anywhere to speak of. The condo was so centrally located to Park City, the Olympic Park, and restaurants within walking distance. Red Tail within the complex was so good and the wait staff were wonderful.

The only reason I did not give all 5 was because when I checked in I received a text asking if I needed anything to reach out. I understand now the process but when I replied to the text for towels and garbage I was a bit taken back by the time of the text telling me this was not a hotel and I would need to use the provided laundry facility. I’m fine with that but I just did not know and found the text a bit aggressive and rude. However the front desk supplied whatever we needed and their staff is amazing. The condo is absolutely beautiful. We will be back.

The resort was amazing. The condo had beautiful views and was super clean and well stocked. Whole Foods and Walmart were conveniently located for groceries and supplies. The girls at the front desk were helpful in suggesting things to do etc. We had an issue with hot water. The first day after a cold shower I contacted the property management but never got a response. The front desk at the resort told us the boiler wasn’t working and they kept us updated on getting it back up and running. The next day we had a warm but not hot shower but for the remaining days it was lukewarm at best. The resort couldn’t do anything further as the boiler was working and the unit was privately owned. I would have appreciated a response from the property manager. I also would have appreciated sheets and blankets being provided for the “daybeds” under the window. They are listed as beds so there should be bedding provided. I had to request sheets from housekeeping and they provided 2 Queen top sheets instead of a twin sheet set. Then I had to ask for blankets. Then the next day I had to ask for additional blankets. Those issues aside it was a great stay and the condo is very nice and in a great location.

The Grand Summit Lodge is one of my favorite places to stay in Park City. The rooms are very nice and the hotel is steps from lots of outdoor recreation. The checkin process was very simple.
