The property is equipped with a smart home music system throughout, which is great for setting the mood but should be kept at a respectful volume, especially on the rooftop decks. The music system must be turned off by 10 PM out of courtesy to the neighbors. Please also be mindful of the auto-closing side gates and avoid slamming them to minimize noise in the surrounding area.

Parties are strictly prohibited. Any gathering reported by the neighborhood watch will result in a $2,000 charge. All guests must be registered before arrival. Remote garage door openers are provided for your two garage spaces and two carports, but please return them at checkout as a $250 replacement charge applies for any unreturned remotes.

We had both units for our family and friends. It’s an amazing property with 2 separate entrances and garages. Everything was clean and comfortable. Location was great as you’re within walking distance of the beach, bay, restaurants, and fun zone. Communication was great throughout the stay. We would stay again next year. This was our favorite home thus far in the last 5 trips.

Excellent stay
Our family enjoyed the beach home which was absolutely beautiful. It was extremely accommodating with private bathrooms for each bedroom. The communications with the property manager was easy and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at the property. We will definitely book again.

The property is beautiful and has plenty of parking the property manager was nice and easy to communicate with. It was a perfect location. I highly recommend.

Great for family & friends!
Literally, a stone's throw away from Balboa Fun Zone, walking distance to the water (front & back) & everything you could need (food, shops, restaurants). The 4 spaces available for parking was a bonus when parking in the area is so scarce. Owner/Manager was communicative, friendly & quick to respond. I would not recommend for those traveling with elders, as there are lots of stairs in both units, but wouldn't deter us (athletic 40-somethings) from staying here again!

Newport harbor stay

Staycation
We are from southern california and love staying in newport beach for a short get away. This is one of our favorite places we’ve stayed. Loved being close to Balboa Fun Zone, ferry and beach. There was something to do for everyone. The parking included is very helpful.
