Our family had a great time at the property. We spent a couple of days there enjoying the beach and watching the sunset at Balboa Pier. The place is located easily where our family(spouse, 4 and 2 year old) were able to walk around to get to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and we would come back again.

Excellent Airbnb! We would book again in a heartbeat. More spacious than we anticipated. Very quick and easy walk to the beach, and we really appreciated having the small garage and driveway to park! There were plenty of towels and the washer/dryer was really useful. We also loved the balcony and enjoying the hot tub in the evening!

Great location! Walking distance to so many places. It was a huge plus having the garage and an additional parking space for my parents to visit. The upstairs deck was also very nice to sit and enjoy morning coffee. Also a plus that it is dog friendly. Hope to visit again.

We loved our stay. Nasita was a 5 star host. The house was decorated exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed the location. An easy walk to the Balboa Ferry. The garage was an important feature for us. Since street parking is limited. We look forward to staying there again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
My daughter and I were celebrating her birthday and this was the perfect little getaway to do that. There was plenty of space, the property was clean and fresh, and we loved the rooftop that was so peaceful. Our little dog also enjoyed everything about this lovely home! Communication was also great. Thank you!

April Stay on Balboa Pennisula
Home is located in a quite neighborhood within walking distance of the beach, several restaurants & bars and the ferry to Balboa Island. We found everything as represented in the pictures and description.

Newport Beach Bliss - Excellent
This was a perfect getaway for my wife and I. Best part it is dog friendly vrbo which is key for my family. The location is less than 1 block from the ocean. House is clean and has all amenities needed if you want to grill or cook at home. Property manager was very communicative and made this very easy expierence getting access to property. Highly recommend this vrbo and I will be looking to stay anytime I’m in Newport Beach!!

Great getaway!
It is a lovely place with close proximity to the beach and restaurants! Pictures are an honest reflection of the home! We did not get to enjoy the rooftop deck as we did a lot of running around however, it’s a great added bonus! Maybe next time! Highly recommend!!

A Nice Vacation Oasis
Our stay had everything we needed. We loved the peninsula atmosphere— I actually wish we had more time to just stroll around more because the area was lovely. We certainly maximized on what the duplex offered in terms of space and comfortability. Huge bonus was meeting April who is amazingly friendly and invited us to a holiday event which was perfect for our little family. We had so much fun for our getaway and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Newport Beach Bliss is a true gem!
Absolutely LOVED staying here again! The host, Nazita, is highly responsive, and provided an AMAZING place for us to stay again. Super comfy, has ALL the amenities that one could think of! The kitchen has top of the line appliances, the bed in main bedroom super comfy (I'm sure they all are, but we didn't use the others since there was only 2 of us). Best experience was using rooftop deck for a huge dose of Vitamin D! Also loved using the whole home sound system - just use your own playlists / Spotify, etc. Super easy to do! Relaxing, positive energy t/o the whole property. Also - LOVED that we always had a place to park / in the garage. We will definitely make this our "go to" place to stay in Newport beach! HUGE thanks to Nazita for an amazing property to stay in!

Perfect location/ lovely property
We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect - 2 blocks from the beach and bike path and 1 block from the Balboa ferry. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and stores. The property is airy, comfortable, and clean. The refrigerator was spotless which is a good indication of the attention to detail by the cleaners. We also loved the rooftop deck. My only recommendation to the owner would be to add some new pots/ pans. This is definitely a property that we would book again.

Extended work trip stay
Booked this property so we could stay in the area a couple of extra days after a work trip. Excellent property and location. Our host was extremely prompt with communications, friendly and accommodating. Wish we could have stayed longer. Easy walk to everything. We loved the property. Thank you, Nazita! Balboa at its best
Great location. Very very clean. Upper patio perfect for wine and cheese. Garage large enough to squeeze in Chrysler Pacifica Van (though somewhat tight, the car is off the street and safe). Highly recommend

Perfect and spotless
We both enjoyed the proper and location. Everything was comfortable, clean and organized with the check-in and check-out process. The only suggestion would be for one room to have a king size bed. But in any case, we would certainly choose this place for another stay!

Wonderful property
We really enjoyed our stay in this outstanding property. It had everything we had hoped for, as it was clean, easy to access, great location, comfortable beds, plenty of furnishings, and the property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. The parking/garage was tight, but we easily navigated it with no problems. The beds were great, with plenty of pillows and blankets available. The murphy bed was amazingly comfortable and we used it every night. The location is fabulous, as it offers a very short walk to the beach/pier one side and the ferry/harbor on the other. Great dining offering a variety of food options is within walking distance or a very short drive.

Wonderful beach spot

EXCEPTIONAL property in Newport Beach (peninsula)
This property was exceptional for a couple or 2 couples. Beautiful, new, clean property in a very safe area. Pictures in listing are spot on, and really show the property off. Top of the line appliances, private single car garage in addition to carport area. Rooftop deck was delightful in the afternoon for some sunshine! Hands down, this will be our go-to #1 option when down in the Newport Beach area in the future. Super close to everything. The host was delightful and responsive whenever we reached out to her. No detail was left behind in this 3 story home.

Quick getaway
The check-in and check-out was so easy. I had no problems. The area is perfect because it’s walking distance to everything (beach, restaurants, etc.). The property is beautifully decorated, roomy and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable too. It has every convenience you can think of. I will definitely stay here again. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Family Vacation
Great quiet spot for a week in Newport. Loved having a parking spot with a garage to store our beach stuff. Beds were comfortable. The deck was also a nice added bonus to hang out and to dry towels.

Luxury Escape in a Convenient Location
This was such a great find for us to stay! It was exceedingly clean, had great parking, was not noisy, and had enough sleeping arrangements for our group. We were able to walk to the sand, shops, and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking to stay on the peninsula! Our host was friendly, helpful, and prompt with her responses. She even made it extremely easy for us to check in early.

This is hands down the best property I’ve ever stayed out. My friends and I were all blown away. It was so beautiful, well-maintained, stocked with everything you may possibly need. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were awesome. It was the perfect two nights for us. 10/10 would recommend!

Very happy with this rental.
Very clean, plenty of room, very easy access, two parking spaces(huge bonus in this area), literally only a couple minutes walk to the beach, fairy, shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay. A block from a beautiful beach, well equipped, and spacious. 2 car parking was very convenient. Loved the roof deck. The modern design was a major “cool factor.”
