The condo was clean, well-stocked with amenities, and the checkout process was simple. Our only issue was with the door code. It didn't work the entire time we were there. But when I sent a message to the property manager, they responded quickly and told us how to access the keys in the lock box by the front door, saying the keypad was sometimes "fickle". In general, our stay was nice and we would stay there again!

Enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean and as described. Great location for skiing the Canyons using the convenient shuttle transportation. Arrived at night and the walkway from the parking lot to the unit is dark so it was somewhat difficult navigating that first night. Overall a nice place to stay and worked great for our group of 4. Note that the upstairs is loft like with no full walls separating from the downstairs so any late night/early morning noise from the kitchen/living room is easily heard upstairs.

Great condo that is walkable to Canyons Village and has a shuttle available as well. This is a condo unit at Red Pine, and I have stayed at a couple of others now.
First off, this is a great unit with 4 beds, 3 of them being Queen or larger, so perfect for ski in/out. Two full bathrooms make this even better. This property is built in 1979, so comparing this unit to others, I would say it has been moderately upgraded over time. Just be careful, things like kitchen sink does not have a disposal, etc.
It's a great location full of tons of kitchen supplies, extra pillows and blankets, etc.
One thing that I mentioned in my other reviews is to be sure you initially arrive when there is still daylight to figure out the exact driveway, building, unit as in the dark this can be difficult on the first day. The buildings all have the same address on the street but the driveways are not connected.

Perfect Sundance Film Fest House
We were a small film crew who had a movie in the festival this year, and this house was perfect for us. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and it was a quick bus ride to all the festival happenings!

Great stay - just as advertised
We loved our eight day stay. The apartment slept six comfortably. It was a great location, with quick shuttle service easily to and from the mountain. It is also right next to the community center, with a heated pool, sauna and large hot tub. The kitchen is fully furnished and we cooked in often. The bedrooms were clean and big enough. And we had responsive contact with the property managers when needed. We would stay again - 100%.
